Our mentoring services are designed to deal with two main scenarios:
- New reporting staff must become proficient at producing reports. Perhaps the main crystal reports expert has moved on and the rest of the team need mentoring to fill the skills gap.
- Assistance required for complex reports. Perhaps most reporting requirements are taken care of but occasionally more complex reporting issues cannot be resolved in-house. We can help reduce this backlog whilst training staff on the techniques used to solve the various problems.
