SMP Training & Consultancy Ltd was formed in June 2002 by Steve Phillips. Steve has specialised in Crystal Reports Training and Consultancy since 1996 in which time he has trained many hundreds of individuals from over 100 companies, charities and Local Authorities.

Our specialisation in reporting, and particularly Crystal Reports, sets us apart from almost all other training companies. Many Crystal Reports courses advertised today are not run by professional report writers, instead, they are run by full-time trainers under pressure to learn and deliver a wide range of courses.

Although we can simply deliver training courses, a key strength of ours is the ability to work with you and your team to apply the skills learnt in the classroom to real-world situations. We are able to work with individuals or teams to overcome any reporting difficulty they face - this may involve further training, mentoring or even our report writing service where we write the more complex reports for you.
